Below are described the General Conditions of Sale of the website www.gpmonzacamping.it whose owner is Speed Park s.r.l. via Gramsci, 10 Monza MB, contactable at the e-mail address: info@gpmonzacamping.it

(hereinafter also referred to as “seller”)

These General Conditions of Sale and the GP MONZA CAMPING Regulations constitute an essential part and recognized by the purchasing Guest, who accepts their contractual validity at the time of payment and access to the campsite.

The two documents are written in Italian and English. In case of different interpretation between the two versions, the one in Italian prevails.

 

Booking procedure and purchase of the service

The booking and purchase of the service ends with the payment of the total amount due.

In the event that, for any reason, payment does not take place, the order does not come to an end and the purchase contract does not materialize between the parties.

In the event of a positive conclusion, the user will be promptly notified via the site and subsequently via email to the address provided during registration.

In order to make the reservation it is necessary to carefully read and examine these GCS.

 

Characteristics of the service purchased

By paying the amount due, the buyer acquires the right to install his tent in a pitch at the temporary GP MONZA Camping campsite. The duration of the stay is set at 4 nights, with check-in on Thursday 29 August 2024 from 8:00 am and check-out on Monday 2 September by 10:00 am.
The buyer can decide to postpone the arrival or anticipate the departure, without being entitled to any discount compared to the expected rate.

The price of the pitch includes accommodation for three people. If the group is made up of more than three, it is necessary to book and pay for a second pitch (or double pitch).

Parking is not included in the pitch. It is possible to purchase internal or external parking, with the same duration rules as the pitches.

 

Prices

All prices of services published on the Site are in Euros and include VAT.

Speed Park srl reserves the right to change the price of services/products at any time. It is understood that the price of the Service/product charged to the user will be that indicated in the order summary, displayed by the user before placing the order, and that any variations (increase or decrease) subsequent to the order will not be taken into account. transmission of the order itself.

 

Terms of payment

Payment for the Products purchased on the Site can be made by credit card.

Speed Park srl accepts VISA, Mastercard and Maestro credit cards.

Speed Park srl reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit or debit card, the credit status in relation to the value of the order and the correctness of the buyer’s address (the Payment Authorization”).

Your credit card Payment Authorization may not be successful on the first attempt. In this case, Speed Park srl will notify the user via the Site and via email.

In the event of a first order and/or changes to the order in progress, it is possible that Speed Park srl requests a payment authorization of EUR 1.00.

Speed Park srl may refuse the order based on the results of these checks. I

n order to guarantee the security of payments made on the Site and prevent any fraud, Speed Park srl reserves the right to ask the user, via e-mail, to send, via the same means, a front/back copy of their card of identity and in the event that the holder of the order is different from the holder of the card, the latter’s identity card. The document must be valid. The deadline within which the document must reach Speed Park srl will be specified in the request email. This deadline will not, in any case, exceed 5 working days from receipt of the request by the user. While waiting for the requested document, the order will be suspended. The user is required to send the requested documents within the indicated deadline

In the event that Speed Park srl does not receive such documents within the deadline specified in the request email or receives expired or invalid documents, the contract will be considered legally terminated pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 1456 of the Civil Code, and the order consequently cancelled, without prejudice to the right of Speed Park srl to compensation for any damage it may incur due to the non-compliant behavior of the user. The termination of the contract, of which the user will be notified by e-mail, no later than 5 working days from the expiry of the deadline for sending the documents requested by Speed Park srl, will result in the cancellation of the order with consequent reimbursement of the the total amount due, if paid, by crediting the same payment method used.

Speed Park srl uses the WooCommerce Payments – Stripe payment service which involves the use of the SSL security protocol. The confidential credit card data (card number, expiration date, security code) are encrypted and managed by Stripe.

 

Cancellations and refunds

Reservations can be canceled no later than 60 days before the start of the event. In this case Speed Park will refund 95% of the amount paid (withholding the commissions paid to the banking institution).
From the 59th day before the event you are not entitled to any refund.

In case, for any reason, the temporary campsite is unable to activate, Speed Park will refund, by the same method used for payment, the full amount paid by the user.

 

 

Requests, complaints and disputes

For any comments, suggestions, requests for information or complaints, we invite you to contact us using our contact form also aimed at customer assistance. Our customer service will handle the requests and complaints received as soon as possible and, in any case, in compliance with the legally established deadlines. If you as a consumer feel that your rights have been infringed upon, you may address your grievances to us through the e-mail address info@gpmonzacamping.it in order to solicit an out-of-court dispute resolution.

If no solution is found after this first attempt, the competent court will be that of Monza.

Rules of Camping

1. Upon arrival, campers are required to present their identity documents to the Management for the necessary legal registrations. Using the campsite implies full acceptance and observance of these regulations. The regulations are also written in English, German, and French. In case of different interpretations of the foreign versions, the Italian version is recognized as correct and legally valid.

2. Upon arrival, each customer is given identification bracelets and vehicle tags, which must be kept carefully and visibly displayed.

3. The reception is open from Thursday, August 29, to Monday, September 2, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by Monday, September 2, at 12:00 PM.

4. Tent pitches are assigned by the Management, and guests cannot change their spot on their own initiative. The installation of additional structures, such as gazebos, is prohibited. Cars must be parked in the designated parking areas, in the spot assigned by the Management.

5. Electricity is available for charging small devices in the dining area. Electricity is not provided at the pitches. No electricity is provided to pitches

6. Visitors (non-campers) are not allowed.

7. Dogs are not allowed.

8. Vehicles can only be used to enter and exit the campsite during permitted hours, at a maximum speed of 5 km/h. The circulation of motor vehicles is prohibited between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

9. Silence is mandatory from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM each night. During this time, it is prohibited to keep radio, musical, or television devices on if they disturb other guests. At other times, the Management reserves the right to ask to lower the volume of music if it is considered a source of disturbance.

10. Waste must be collected and disposed of in the appropriate containers, and it is forbidden to keep garbage at your pitch. Upon departure, the pitch must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

11. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO:

> Light fires; pour charcoal or other substances on the ground;

> Damage vegetation;

> Pour oils, fuels, and other liquids on the ground;

> Dig holes or otherwise damage the ground;

> Wash dishes and laundry outside the designated sinks;

> Install any object that may represent a danger or obstacle to free passage.

12. Campers must carefully guard their personal belongings. The Management is not responsible for thefts or loss of objects or valuables.

13. The Management is not responsible for damages not attributable to its direct responsibility, such as, but not limited to: natural disasters, force majeure damages, abnormal weather events, accidental events, fire, theft, etc

14. The Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to expel those who violate the regulations, disturb the peace of the campsite, and annoy the camping community.

15. UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS: those found within the campsite without the Management’s authorization will be reported for the following offenses

> Violation of Article 614 of the Penal Code (violation of domicile)

> Violation of Art. 633 of the Penal Code (invasion of land and buildings)

> Violation of Art. 624 of the Penal Code (theft of services)

> Violation of Public Security Regulations.
